Shipping & Returns
Free freight on any cellular shade, solar shade, or panel track up to 84" wide. Applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. $5.50 Handling fee per shade regardless of size. A surcharge of $10 per shade for orders shipped to Canada.
UPS is used for shipping shades up to 105"
in length. Shades over 105" in length
arrive via Yellow Freight. If product goes
by Yellow Freight and shipping is to a
residential address the trucking company
will charge an additional Residential
Delivery Fee. This can be as much as an
additional $100. If the customer can have
it shipped to a business (non home-based)
or if the customer picks it up at the
terminal this Residential Delivery Fee
will not be applied.
You must inspect your shipment as soon
as it arrives! Customers have 15 days from
receipt of shipment to contact us
regarding any shipping damage. If the
product arrives by truck freight and is
damaged you must note this on the proof of
delivery. We will not accept any claims
after the 15 day time limit.
Due to our quick order processing
there is no cancellation of a custom order
after material has been cut. There will be
no charge back for cancellation within 12
hours of placing an order.
It is the customer's responsibility to
install these shades correctly. We will
not be responsible for errors in the
installation process. Additionally, we are
not responsible for any trip charges,
charge backs, or additional install
Shades built by us are warranted to be
free from defects in materials and
workmanship for as long as the original
owner who is listed on the receipt owns
the product. Please see our Warranty
page for further details. Shipping,
packaging and return shipping are the
responsibility of the customer.
